What we do

Clipsmith Studio turns long videos and podcast episodes into short captioned clips. We contact creators by e-mail with a free sample and, when they agree, deliver shorts made from their own content.

Data we process

• Creators we contact: the public business e-mail address, name and channel shown on the creator's public profile, and the e-mails exchanged with us.
• Clients: links and files you send us for editing, and the delivered videos.
• Website visitors: standard server logs (time, IP address, requested page) kept for security and to see whether a sample was opened. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Google user data (Gmail)

Our internal tool connects only to our own Gmail account studioclipsmith@gmail.com with the owner's consent, using the scopes gmail.send (to send our messages) and gmail.readonly (to read replies in threads we started). The data is stored only on our own server, used only to manage these conversations, never sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time in Google account permissions.

Opting out and deletion

Reply STOP to any of our e-mails and we will not contact you again. To have your data deleted, write to studioclipsmith@gmail.com; we delete it within 30 days.
